Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from exchanges.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within a few days.

Exchanges

If an item is delivered defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it. Please contact us at hiyahautecouture@gmail.com for an exchange.

Returns Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. Refunds do not include the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
